Shipping & Returns
Purchases will be shipped by UPS/USPS from Bend Oregon.
Orders are packed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days from receipt of payment.
Mail takes approximately 3 to 7 business days to arrive once shipped-depending on your distance from Oregon.
The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.
Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
For faster delivery, upgrade your shipping method, but note: not all delivery methods are available to all areas.
Flat Rate for all US orders are $10.
Missing Item Policy
Although we check and double check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. If an item is missing please let us know. We can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order. If you receive something you did not order, just enjoy it or share it with someone else!
Alaska & Hawaii
Packages to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped by air or priority, and normally arrive within 2-3 business days.
Gift cards are available with our E-Gift Card, a personalized gift card sent via email.
Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will ship this item once it is in stock.

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our all natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns.
We know that it can be difficult to order new skin care products online, that is why we offer our soaps, shampoo bars, and many other products in sample or trial sizes so that you can experiment.
Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.
